Improve Skincare - Lisa Hoffman's Vitamin A C Serum

I just added Lisa Hoffman's Night and Day Vitamin A & C Serum to my daily skincare routine. I got a free .5 ounce sample of the product to try. It starts off sort of oily feeling but after about 10 minutes it absorbs into the skin without a trace of oil. It has a slight hint of orange fragrance, not too heavy.
I love discovering new skin products. Hopefully, this one is a keeper.

I just got back from visiting my mom and brother. I had a great time connecting with them on a deeper level. When I am visiting I usually have a thousand things on my mind and I am not fully their.

Last night my client paid my two complements. He said it looks as if I'd lost weight and that I look so much more relaxed now. He asked me what had changed. I guess the changes in my life are starting to manifest themselves through my visual appearance. Many people are starting to take notice.

My blood levels are still up and I am feeling great. During December I went to the gym at least once a week. I am going to be increasing that to at least twice a week in January. For some reason, I have a mental block on getting myself to the gym. Not sure what it is....
